Our figure for the day is Dick Grayson... when he took the Batman mantle.
He was made using the DCDirect Nightwing figure as seen in pics. Work as follows…

Body – smoothened/sanded-off blue grooved lines, sculpted GraysonBat-style short gloves, new boots, trademark belt, raised tights edges,

Cape - blended onto newly sculpted neck

Head – unmasked stock DCD Grayson head. Original sculpt masked head. Interchageable.

He was then wrapped up with the usual LC paintjob/airbrush. His logo was handbrushed.
