The best part of making Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat characters is I love the outcomes. The worst part, however, is my indecisiveness. Like usual, I debated his assembly for a while, and in the end, he was a simpler design. I added sculpt to the torso, then sculpted his gauntlets up. I was a little hesitant on the legs, but finally opted to cut off the lower leg articulation by sculpting on the leg guards. Added some sculpt to the knees, then started looking for a belt. Grabbed one from Elektra, cut the back off, glued it in place, then rounded it out with some sculpt. Swapped out the upper legs for Ghost Rider, and used a head I got from AngelForge. Full repaint after that, and that finished him up. Tedious little project, but I'm happy with how he came out in the end.
