Found a Saruman online and decided to make Kelek from the Dungeons and Dragons line. Took off his hair and outer cloak. Used Green Stuff to finish his head and fill in the back toggle. The staff is from Saruman, just added the little pterodactyl is from Judge Death and Green Stuff to make the wrapping tail. The collar is from Mr Sinister.
