I saw someone do a Masters of the Universe custom using a similar base through a search and when I saw it, I thought Leatherhead from the TMNT Series. I followed the recipe and used hands from a Venom figure and he's done. I wanted to incorporate him in the Street Fighter Assassin's Shell series, but it was too awesome all by himself as just plain Leatherhead.
