Tex hex body and upper arms, Bravestarr legs and lower arms.
Most I could sculp over the base figure, verry little grinding needed (mostly face and collar). Legs have limited movement due to the jacket but move free within.

Billy Bob is one of the miners in New Texas (Filmation series). He had appearances in several cartoons when the used miners in the storyline or just as a background character.
