Did not know much about Needle other than a few pics on Google and that he was a Marvel character. I did not have thinner base and had a couple of Madmen waiting in the wings so...
Removed the hair and used Green Stuff to make the boots, gloves, smooth over the torso, and round out the head. The stocking cap tail is from Super Patriot. The needle is a yarn needle (I think. I've got 4 more, I have to come up with 4 more ways to use them in customs or I'll need to try a new hobby.)
