This is my Cosmo I've made for my Guardians of the Galaxy.)
Pretty simple recepie. I used some regular dog from toy shop. Sculpted the costume. And made a simple repaint. Collar with transparent mask is taken from Prometheus David figure, that Im planning to use as my Magneto custom.
