Playmates released a few TNG figures in their seasons 1 and 2 outfits, but unfortunately, they never made some of the most interesting figures (like a season 1 Riker or season 2 Worf). I decided to complete my seasons 1 and 2 crews by adding the missing characters.

This is Counselor Troi as seen in the pilot episode "Encounter at Farpoint" as well as the series finale "All Good Things...". She's wearing the sexy uniform dress, that was only seen in TNG's early seasons.
I used a "Trials and Tribbleations"-Dax body (same body as Janice Rand), sanded the badge, collar and other details and then sculpted the boots a little taller and the new collar. The TNG com-badge was sliced off another figure and glued on. Gave her a repaint, and there you go, Troi in cheerleader uniform.
