Next up on our endeavor into the U-Foes is Ironclad. The powerhouse of the team, and counterpart to the Thing, Ironclad can alter his density and change into any metal form. Outside of the skirt, I always thought he looked pretty cool. And the skirt was where my problem hit. Everything I thought of didn't work. Even just sculpting it up was going to have problems. The sculpt I have apparently doesn't work great for clothing type items. So, again, my rule for the month: Question less, do more. So, I grabbed a Thanos and just went with his skirt. Honestly, I kinda liked it. From there, a full silver repaint with alterations only being to the head. Started with a Skaar head, added ears from First Appearance Hulk, and then sculpted up the rest. This is the design I had mixed up with Slab last week. I started to give him the oversized head, getting my projects all mixed up. But, properly applied and squared away here. Just one more to go.
