I made this as a special for Halloween, Princess Sally wearing a sexy little witch costume. She uses Silver's legs for the boots and my usual modified Tails head. The torso and arms are Blaze's, and a boob job and tail made of super sculpey (this was a temporary figure, so I didn't need to use my apoxie sculpt.) Her hat is made out of craft foam and a napkin (never used a piece of tissue paper before, but for a witch hat it works pretty well, as long as nothing gets wet.) The cape is a simple piece of felt.
