Last September, G.I. Joe Reloaded was launched. More than 40 customizers joined forces and created more than 80 customs of new and original G.I. Joe characters, a few Cobra characters and 99 zombies. The project ran for 31 days (Sept. 1 to Oct.1.) Here are a few customs of mine from the project. Hope you like em! Today I share with you: Tempest!
