Took a Nick Fury and chopped the face off, replaced it with a hand sculpted new one, filled out gloves on his forearms and gave him buttons. The cape came off an Arkham city Batman and has been slightly modified. The Staff from a Teela 200X motu figure, The energy effects from Firestorm and Blue Superman, and the Sword off a Neca Transylvania figure.
