Medieval plague doctors are creepy. That macabre fits right into MOTUC as far as I'm concerned. Took a Skeletor base body, modded Mo-Larr's tunic, sculpted the plague mask, and used a hat from the Ratchet and Clank Smuggler. The staff is an Optikk eye on a Havok staff with sculpted tendrils.

Artos was a brilliant physician and alchemist during the time of King Grayskull. Developing his craft in mountain seclusion along with the assistance of his wife, Persa, Artos delved deeper into the schools of alchemy than any of his professors had dared. During a fateful day, his home happened to lie in the path of a battle between King Hsss and Hordak’s forces. When Persa was captured and began to turn into a Snake Man, Artos released a dark miasma transmutation that forced every snake man into suspended animation and killed Hordak’s forces. Unfortunately, the spell also permanently disfigured Artos into an immortal hideous beast. Overcome with grief, Artos heeded Hordak’s lie that he had the means to restore Persa to her human form in exchange for Artos’ service and his unique gifts. Artos donned a special garb to conceal his form and protect him further exposure to his deadly miasma that his body now produces. Calling himself Plaguos, he now uses his knowledge of secret arts in service to the Horde!
