I always liked the Lord Zedd design, so i finally got around to doing this custom. I did the throne back in 2009 made from a combination of wood and clay and sculpted the bird heads from putty and sprayed it with a metallic gray and painted the eyes with acrylic red. I put it aside a few years to work on other customs,..but recently in 2014 decided to make the Lord Zedd custom, i knew it was going to be a challenge so i finally got to it. I used a LOT of putty,... covered the entire figure with it and sculpted everything, from the muscles, the Zedd power boost bomb.... the hands, and the head from scratch. All the armour was sculpted separate then fitted onto the figure. Used wires and painted them gray and attached the wires drilling holes in the armour so i could feed the wires through and around the body. Painted the whole figure with red and a metallic gray acrylic for the armour,..the Z staff from putty and then finished with a gloss varnish.
