After making those two variations of Cyber Smoke, there was still one Cyber Ninja remaining. It looked like Subzero, so that would have been a pointless attempt. So, I looked up some other Cyber designs. There was Unit 5 from the challenge ladder, but there ended up being one other that proved a better fit. Hydro was first introduced in the comics, but it wasn't his final appearance. He made his cybernetic return in the first season of Mortal Kombat Legacy. Specifically, episode 9. He served as the final challenge for the newly created Cyrax and Sektor. Was a pretty cool little fight, actually. It was that or fix up Cyber Reptile. Actually, that's a pretty cool idea. I should have done that. Anyway, for fixing him up, I just gave him a light blue repaint with some white drybrushing to finish him off.
