Here is Whiplash (Mark Scarlotti) in his old orange and purple costume. The base body is a ToysRUs box set Angel with a Constrictor head. I love the evil grin on that Constrictor head. The cape is from a DC Universe Classics Superwoman, with some added Apoxie Sculpt. The hardest part of this custom was figuring out how to make those split orange pants (I'm not sure what to call them). I used vinyl from a 3 ring binder and glued it to the hips just above the thigh joint, then sculpted over the hips to cover the seams. Both the thigh and hip joints still work, and the vinyl is flexible enough to allow the knees to bend as well. The other costume details were sculpted with Apoxie Sculpt. The whip is simply one of Constrictor's tentacles with a handle made of wood dowel.
