I followed Arez and used a Mcfarlane Pallantides figure - Great figure to customise, the armour is all removable and Triple H only takes a quick repaint of his hands and boots. Once the original head has been dremmeled, it is just a matter of attaching the armour.One tricky part is attaching the toe armour, but Dremelling solves that.

This was a fun custom to make, and I will be looking for a King Conan figure to make into a custom too.
