Finishing up almost posting the last Global Guardians are Cascade from China & Thundra from Russia!

Although not much is known about Thundra (the fact that she is strong), Cascade was shown using her aquatic morphing powers, ala Hydro Man, in the Checkmate series; she was a nice addition to the team!!
