Here's a figure from my 'Joker Thug' group that never made it to the 'Realm.

Made from a Harvey Dent MM figure, a Christian Bale/Bruce Wayne MM head, and Captain Boomerang coat.

Comes with a ski mask he can wear, as well as an Uzi and lead pipe (good for smacking Robins...)
