Another B-list Bat-villain, but one of the first I was introduced to in the Doug Moench/Kelley Jones run, so I have a soft spot for him.
This Black Mask custom was inspired by the classic look, as I think the modern look is less original (kind of Red Skull knock off).
Yet, I was not too thrilled by the orange suit so I changed the color, for a look closer to the Dermot Power trading card shown on pic 3.
