Haven't ever seen one of the ML Aim soldiers at retail but I had a bunch of parts around from other work so I put together this version of AIM's Chief evil geek.

Head and pauldrons: Iron Man Legends Titanium Man
Upper body: ML Bullseye
Middle/lower torso and legs: FF Movie Mr. Fantastic
Belt: TRU exclusive Jubilee wave Cyclops
Laser rifle: ROML Hope

Connected Bullseye torso to Mr. Fantastic waist and legs.
Sculpted the head and face of Titanium Man with Apoxie and fodder for the oxygen mask and switched out the peg disc in the Bullseye neck with a different one.

Next I sculpted on the pauldrons using Apoxie and fashioned the web gear out of Apoxie as well. Painted up using various blends and accents of Model Masters Acryls and Gundam Markers.
