After completing my Kim Possible custom, I think I'm on a bit of a KP kick. KoolMisfit commented that he couldn't wait to see the naked mole rat and at the time, the idea of making Rufus was kind of intimidating, but I decided I wanted to give it a go. Norm Dapito created a Rufus to go with his ML-scale Kim Possible figures so I took inspiration from his work. Rufus was sculpted from scratch, using Aves on top of a rough twisty-tie armature. Made the whiskers from the tiny wires inside a pair of earphones and the front teeth were cut from a piece of blister packaging. This is the smallest figure I've worked on and it's one of the hardest times I've had making anything; I think part of it was I was expecting to get it right on the first try but once I accepted that it was okay to mess up and then build up on that after it's cured, it was a little more manageable.
