It's been a while since I've been able to finish a project, but I've got a whole box full that are in the works. It's just been difficult finding the time.
Here we have Vulture made from a Silver Surfer from the 3 pack with a GI Joe Zartan head. I filled in the eyes and cavity in the head with greenstuff once I removed the translucent plastic that filled it. From there I just sculpted on his collar, gave him a pair of Falcon wings and one paint job and called it good. I contemplated on drawing in all of the black lines on his costume, but knew I'd never get them as thin as I'd like them, so I opted out on it.
