I loved the sculpt of Heroic Age Iron Man, but the paint left something to be desired. I gave him a few coats of Testors Gold and Metallic Red to get rid of the candy-coated swirl look, and I swapped the head for that of a Prototype Iron Man from the first movie (the one with the swappable cores but no torso articulation.) The helmet was also carefully sliced with an Xacto knife so that faceplate can be separately removed as well as the rest of the helmet (I prefer leaving that par on because Tony looks stupid with the helmet-hair-and-headphones look.) Now I have an Iron Man I'm proud of... at least until I find that Mark 42 figure (mwahahaha.) Enjoy!
