One of Batman's deadliest foes returns! Hugo Strange has known Batman's secret identity since forever, so I thought it appropriate to put him in the Batcave in my pics. Simple recipe - Dr. Sivana from DC Direct, a Secret Files Hugo Strange head, and some accessories from various McFarlane figures.
