Celebrating L.E.G.I.O.N.'s 25th anniversary here I bring you their fearless but friggin' leader, Vril Dox II!! Since most of the time he didn't wear his jacket I decided not to make him one.

I'll be doing the team up to their 1st year. If I feel in the mood then I'll do them up to their 2nd year...

But regarding the symbols I'm experimenting in using Water decals to see how they work and save me some time...

I printed it out on a water decal sheet and then placed it on his chest!
