Wasp (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:65583
Name:Wasp
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:raybot
Date Added:September 8, 2014
Base Figure:Spider-Girl
Height:6.00 inches
I made this Wasp from a Spider-Girl with casted Wasp wings and a head from DCD's The Engineer. I sculpted the hair and torso armor. I also reshaped the torso a lot to make her seem leaner and enhance her curves so she'd look a bit more like a short grown up, rather than the teenage build Spider-Girl had. She has some wings you can remove too that are clear, with some transparent oversprays and a metallic iridescent sheen.

Thanks a lot! I was sort of worried all the different finishes would come together sort of badly, but I really like how she ended up. Guess I'm just really used to finishing everything with Dullcoat.

Yea, sort of hard to tell since I didn't really put up any comparison pics From a 3/4 view the reshaping's pretty noticeable since the Spider-Girl torso's a bit cylindrical. The joint break's a little more streamlined too, but it did end up pretty subtle.
