Here is Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot aka the Penguin!
Base : SHS Mole Man with resculpted face and jacket,glued a small piece of transparent plastic for his monocle
Hands : SHS Namor (I switched from the original ones so he could hold stuff)
Coat : Origins Sabretooth
Hat, umbrella : made from recycled stuff

There's not a lot of Penguins in this scale posted on the Realm but going with Mole-Man to make him was quite obvious to me from the start. It was harder to find a way to give him a satisfying hat but I tinkered one from a plastic baby syringe (used for syrups) and some liege to fill the top.
I considered recutting the coat but decided to leave it untouched so it was longer and touching the ground, giving him a kind of self-important/ridiculous look.
Took me some effort to pull the figure apart (especially the legs) for painting but it was worth it.
