This is a Marvel Legends style X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Victor Creed (a.k.a. Sabretooth) figure.

This figure took a while to complete but mainly because the original head was in 1/6 scale so I had to buy a shrinking polymer (I used Hydrospan 400) and learn how to do molds and how to use the product. Hundreds of dollars later, I ended up with the head you see below, which I painted myself.

The body only needed a minor repaint. I painted out the punisher logo and painted the boots black (they were dark grey originally).

Recipe:
Body: Marvel Legends Punisher (Hasbro)
Head: Custom 1/6 head shrunk to to 1/12 scale.
Hands: Marvel Legends Dracula

I used a shrinking polymer called Hydrospan 400. It is sold by a company called Industrial Polymers. They have videos on youtube with demos of their products.

its impossible to make that t 600 head sculpt lol so when I saw you could shrink heads I was like bingo this guy could pull it off lol no worry's though maybe neca will make me happy and make a T 600 endo

Great work. I have been trying to shrink the Marvel Select The wolverine head. It's kinda a plan and time consuming. So this is just amazing. Great job.

Thanks! I tried that too but the heads are too close in size and the polymer doesn't work. I ended up with a wolverine head for a G.I. Joe figure. So I am doing a mold from the Hot Toys The Wolverine which gives me a better size difference and more ratios of polymer/water to play with to get the desired size. When I manage to do it, I'll post it here.

Thanks! The endoskeleton would be extremely complicated because the head is not a solid piece. If you look at the jaw and the pistons and cables in the back of the neck, those are separate pieces and you couldn't make the mold with the head "assembled".

Ah right, I like the MS The Wolverine cos he looks cool with my 7-inch NECA figures such as RoboCop and the Predator stuff and would quite like a movie Sabes to go with him. This is still a very cool figure though.

Looks great. Scale-wise how does he seem next to a Marvel Select The Wolverine figure? Is he a bit small for that at 6 inches?

It doesn't work. The Marvel Select The Wolverine is too tall and too bulky. He almost has a full inch on my figure. However, the Marvel Select X-Men Origins Wolverine figure works. They are pretty much the same size.

That's so badass man! I was trying to figure out how to shrink heads.. I came across the hydro span as well, does it work well and is it easy to use? Do you plan on making casts of the shrunk Victor head because he's on my list of customs and I could use a nice head cast.

It works very well, I had more trouble making the silicon mold. You have to play with the ratio of polymer to water and it may take a few tries but it works.
I am in the process of trying to make a few copies with the hole already drilled because, as you see, the original has a neck which I had to get rid of. Once I make a few copies I will put them up on eBay for 10 bucks unpainted.

Very cool! I'm super impressed with the shrunken head (maybe you could save some cash next time by using a witch doctor?

). It came out perfect, looks just like him in the movie. I actually liked Liev Schreiber as Creed, but I would have preferred if they had his hair longer; not Tyler Mane long, but medium, classic Sabretooth length hair. But anyways, he looks really good, great work!

Yeah the polymer is not so expensive, if you live in the U.S. you can get it for a reasonable price but I live in Canada so the shipping + import taxes add up. I also wasted a lot of product making the silicon mold itself and that stuff is also pretty expensive. If I make copies and put them up on eBay they will go for around $10 only. Thanks!
