Decided to do a different look for Captain Cold. I thought this AC Anarchy Body would work well for a Cold Climate look.

Head - Gears of War Baird

Body - Arkham City Anarchy

Absolute Zero Pistol - Batman Grapple Gun

Holster - Arkham City Hush

Repainted Hair White with Blueish Highlights.
Sanded off Buttons on Lapel, removed backpack, sanded down and resculpted back of coat. To prevent the paint from flaking off the Rubber Arms I had to brush on liquid crazy glue to stiffin them up. Repainted Coat with a Base Blue, then went back over with Metallic Blue. Repainted Scarf White, Shirt light blue and belt white. Repainted Pants Medium Blue, Harness Belt Pearl White with Silver Hooks and Knee Pads light blue. Repainted Gloves and Boots Dark Blue. Repainted Pouch Light Blue with White Stripe. Added Holster to Right side, painted using Blue, Light Blue and White. Hollowed out Barrel of Pistol. Repainted Pistol using Silver, Blue, Light Blue and Dark Blue.
