It took me a while to decide which base figure to use for this Ronan figure. I originally planned on using an WWE Elite Undertaker, however, decided against it due to the amount of sculpting the figure would need to turn it into Ronan. I also considered some LoTR and Gears of War figures, before deciding on DCUC Lord Naga.

For the most part, all it needed was some paint. I did slice the hood under the chin and use the old heat and freeze trick to get the hood to remain in the shape i wanted it to. I also cut off some of the top part of the hood that covered the eyes, and added a little sculpt to the forehead. The hammer is a combination of the old BAF Ronan hammer with parts of the Cobra staff that Lord Naga came with.
