One of my favorite Star Trek episodes is "Mirror, Mirror", where Kirk and his landing party end up in an alternative, evil universe. Unfortunately, Playmates only released a Mirror-Spock in 4.5", which was rather inaccurate. So I decided to customize the mirror crew myself. Kirk is made from a Kirk in casual attire figure. I sanded down the sleeves, sculpted the medals, sash and tall boots with apoxie. Kirk's sash is detachable, just like Mirror-Spock's. I was able to mix a metallic green-gold color for the uniform, that looks pretty close to the Shat's costume from the episode. Long live the empire!  Please wait... |
