Head repainted to match the blue suit. Suit was dyed a deep blue and the shorts were dyed red and sewn back to the suit. Everything else is from a standard Cast-A-Ways Phantom action figure. Although a simple custom I am proud to have him in my collection.

I just watched an episode of Defenders of the Earth last night and while their regular Phantom has purple shorts to match the rest of the suit they showed a flashback to a previous Phantom and he had the stripey shorts like this one. Cool figure.
