I can't seem to get enough of creating unique Star Wars characters that don't exist in the SW universe. Here goes my Rodian Merc....Wee-Bay (named after a character from The Wire, but sounds StarWars'ish).

He was made using a GI Joe base figure with a Greedo head. I used Aves Fix It to create the face plate, above eyes (to give him an angry look), chest/back armor, ab armor, hand spikes, thigh armor, knee pads and a little on the boots.
I also used fodder from various figures on him.
