TOXIC!!AVENGER!! Today I bring you my favorite character to ever come out of a vat o toxic waste. The Toxic avenger. I made him using an old gi joe that i had sculpted a completely new head, chest, and feet for him. i then found a tutu from a knock off barbie and attached it to the body, and boom after the paint he was done.
