I was surprised I liked the new Ms. Marvel comic as much as I did, and her off-kilter costume seems to fit the character even though I didn't like the look of it when it was announced. It's a pretty cool comic though, and I felt like I had the right parts for a custom.

Well, turned out I didn't. I used a Mary Jane skirt and the rest was all Spider-Girl, but that combo looked really shapeless. I basically carved the skirt overlay down to the point there was really just the bottom left then resculpted the top to get a more streamlined fit. I trimmed the skirt up a lot too so it'd be accurate and not get in the way of the articulation as much. Plus I really carved down the lower body to fit under the skirt and keep the Spider-Girl joints since I didn't want to use Mary Jane's. I resculpted the upper body and added soft-plastic scarf and shoulder-pad pieces, then I hollowed out her shoulders and made new rubberized sockets so I could swap in/out the extended arms I made.
