The Demo Man figure has an awesome glowing green color. The viking/demon head, I just didn't care for. I took an extra Skeletor head with a sub-par paint job and painted it to match the figure's red clothing. Then I used multiple shades of green against yellow to bring out his facial details...

I used citadel paints and did a lot of shading and highlights. I think the figure is much cooler now that the lame head is gone. Plus, when have you seen a red hooded Skeletor variant...? Simple head repaint custom. Let me know what you think!

Yeah man. It's an awesome figure otherwise, cool accessories, great toy color which you don't see a lot, the head was the only negative thing and now it's one of my favorite MOTU figures I have. I'll be doing a lot of MOTU customs here shortly...thanks for your opinions, I do love reading them!

Thanks! Colors: Red gore for hood, crimson shade, moot green face base, Sunburst yellow highlight/drybrush, and waywatcher green glaze at the end to make the colors match the skin, over the yellow highlight. Blood red for eyes and then hardcoat gloss.
