Really a straightforward repaint, I did switch out the arms for an Indigo Atom's. I made the mask from Red duct tape, and modified the cape. The ears were sculpted from Milliput. Now he joins the ranks of my classic Green Lantern villains.

Pretty sure there is no such thing as an expensive Cyclotron Though there has to be a scalper somewhere that bought a dozen at clearance to sell as "rare" and hard to find!
