I wanted to make a screen accurate Peter Quill AKA Star Lord action figure for the Marvel Legends line.

Hasbro did a decent job but not as good as they should have. I fixed the figure to make it more suitable for an adult collector. Star Lord now has a short jacket like he has in the in majority of the movie. He sports a hand painted custom paint job from head to toe. The head was painted to look more realistic and to get rid of the horrific chinstrap beard the original figure had, to replace it with stubble.

Star Lord has a removable helmet now. The helmet head fits over the front of his face and is sculpted to fit snugly to the head.

He is equipped with both of his pistols and a heavy gun pictured above. The guns are handpainted.

He comes with the mysterious orb from the movie that contains something of immense power. The orb was painted metallic silver and blue to simulate a glowing effect.
