Skinner was one of those figures from the 90's that I always thought was really cool. I had a few of them lying around and decided to make a Legends version. I used a Cap body with a Drax head, and bone pieces cut from the old toyBiz figure. In addition, I sculpted the vest, the chest bones, the bones around his forearms, the goatee, forehead bones, and ragged flesh around the forearm "blades". The hardest part was drilling all the little holes for the rib bones, setting small nails in the body and then drilling the little holes in the bones themselves to set onto the pegs. I broke my tiny bit doing it, but it was worth it, those bones are on there and they are not coming off.
