Polaris is made from a DCUC Star Saphire Wonder Woman. I also added a cape from DCUC Robin. I modified the cape and her face mask. Other than that, just a complete re-paint.

Thanks Clay. in my opinion, it is all about finding the right paints. I use Testors, but even with them certain colors just don't stick well to plastic.

Try Krylon Fusion spray paint. It sticks to plastic and makes a smooth hard coat with a just a little "tooth". It's formulated for spray painting things like plastic garden chairs. I've used the white with great success.
