She had to grow up sometime. Wendy is always a little girl in the comics, but I thought a teen version ready to strike out into the world would be more visually interesting. The theory here is she's worn the same gown, cowl and hat for 10 years and needs a new outfit, so is going shopping! From an Animated Supergirl, no special mods. Fixed so she's striding forward. Hat is plastic card, sprue, and green stuff. Clothes are cloth wrapped around and glued for a ragged look, with the upper sections finished with green putty. Broom is sprue and horsehair from a shop brush. Sign is tongue depressors. Scarf is ribbon and leggins embroidery thread looted from my wife's sewing basket. I kept her skin tone light because she's fair, but dabbed on suntan because she spends a lot of time outdoors. The sad part here, I realized, is she's best friends with Casper. She'll grow up to be a woman, but Casper - a dead little boy - will never grow up.
