I am really loving the AOE Dinobots (Grimlock's bunny ears and weird tail aside) but the weird and wonderful colours Hasbro chose were just plain awful - A purple Triceratops... Really??

I was tempted to go down the G1 route but decided instead to mainly just give them a metallic look.

Here is my version of Slug.

Looks great. (Not sure I get the Grimlock's 'bunny ears and weird tail' bit though. I have the voyager figure and the horns and tail seem fine to me. I love that figure.) Anyways really liking this repaint.

Thanks mate - I love the Grimlock figure, his robot mode is awesome but thought they could have done more with the Dino mode... The horns when close to his head look ok, but the fact they can sit straight up just made them look a little bunny like. As for the tail being just his feet straight out just looks weird to me... so on mine I have made some alterations to give him more bulk on his back and a better tail.
