Awhile back I saw a picture of a Green Ranger Cosplayer posing in a replica of the Iron Throne and I knew I had to recreate it. So using Foam I crafted the shape of my throne and then I covered it in plaster cloth to make it hard and durable. Once that was set I covered the whole thing in sheet foam and rubber bands cut to look like blades. Then I attached various Power Ranger weapons around it, using cocktail swords to fill in gaps here and there. Afterwards the whole thing was spray painted black and then dry brushed gun metal and then silver with tiny bits of white for hightlights.
