Finally completed a custom (5 months in the making!) for the ALWAYS INVENTIVE, ALWAYS INSPIRING, ONE AND ONLY:
XYSMA WARHORSE!!!!
I present the Ultimate Red Skull!
Back in October of last year, Xysma...out of nowhere...hooked me up with one of the SWEETEST, BADDEST MOTUC customs I could ever hope to own...a Cretaceous Gem called Triceraton (pictured below with Ultimate Red Skull).
I wanted to hook him up with another Red Skull for his EPIC collection. I googled pics of the crimson criminal and loved his Ultimate Red Skull look. His tattoos looked challenging, but I decided to go for it! :)
My full-time job has been hectic this year and I haven't had much time to complete many customs. I did not want to rush through this Red Skull so I took my time and worked on him whenever possible. I hope Xysma likes my take on this cool-looking villain.

+Head, torso, shoulders & upper legs - DCUC Black Lantern Abin Sur. Buffed up his shoulders with apoxie. Sculpted his pants and belt. Slightly sculpted his lower lip to close his mouth a bit.
+Arms - From a ToyBiz X-Men Archangel. Used the thin metal wires found within earphone cables for the gloves' cuffs.
+Lower legs/boots - From an old McFarlane Toys Wetworks Grail. I liked the look of Grail's boots and felt they would work well for Red Skull. The lower legs were a bit short, so I chopped them to then extend them with apoxie. I extended the size of his footprint with apoxie and sculpted some metal tips on them.
+Painted the villain whilst he whispered his evil plans to me. 0_o The tattoos were all hand painted.
+Completed 7/26/14.
