This is a movie style Sickle, I really like Hammer and Sickle, they really fit in to my aesthetic inclination. I wanted to make him to fit in the movie style, hence the combat boots and smaller stature. Credit for the back tat goes to Norrin_R, there was not a reference pic to be found of the back tat except for Norrin_R's awesome figure using a Hulk base.
