I made a smartgunner figure a while back but decided to make a second version. for this figure i used a neca dutch lower half, arms, head and some accessories. for the top i used a dc arkham city deadshot. removed the arms and pieced to gether the figure. also using the boots from deadshot. i then added various fodder pieces to create the chest rigging for the gun. then added other accessories. i then painted him and gave him my custom smart gun created from various pieces i cant remember what. but the base was a gears of war oneshot heavely heavely heavely modified. i even added a hydraulic arm that holsters into his rig and can pivot. i hope you enjoy this new version and thanks for looking.
