I used to plan out figures in advance when I made them, looked for reference, yadda yadda. These days, I think most of my stuff gets made spur of the moment, lol. Such was the case with Ultron. Saw the parts, decided to run with them.

Body is an XMC Cyclops figure, removed the head and the electronic bits that were in it, cleaned up some areas and then completely repainted it. First all black, then silver where need be. Finally, body got some black washes.

The head was from an ML Iron Man base, fit to size and works very well here, retaining its movement. Likewise, the moving shoulder weapon was from an XMC Magneto armor piece.

Finally, everything got a good coat of sealer.
