Here's my take on NF Lightfoot, he was the one missing to complete the original 1988/89 set of figures. I didn't want to repeat the formula I used to make my v1 Lightfoot (nor did I have all the parts to do it) ... anyway let me know what you guys think of this one.
Recipe:
Arms: Hazard Viper
Head/helmet: Ace / Barbecue
Legs: RIArmor Duke
Vest: RoC NeoViper + PoC Skydive
