Here's another one of my customs. It is a of a one of a kind Mandalorian mercenary. He was made using a GI Joe Snake Eyes figure and a Boba Fett head, and sculpt work (boots, shoulder pads, chest armor, etc) and totally repainted. The head is attached via a mini magnet.

I'm addicted to customizing 3.75" to 4" figures since my inspiration comes from Sithfire30 and Stronox. I know they're tougher to customize, but the end result is very satisfying.

love mando mercs. I have a few on here where I sculpt the chest armor. That turns out good. The more practice the better with the little figs.
